Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Service
SanadAI provides AI-assisted legal research over a verified database of Pakistani case law, plus a digital case diary with hearing reminders. Research output is a starting point for professional work — it does not replace a lawyer's independent verification of authorities before citing them in court.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and OTP access secure, for the accuracy of the matter and client details you enter, and for activity under your account. Chamber admins are responsible for the seats they manage.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Plans are billed monthly in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa or PayFast, on recurring auto-debit until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except within the 7-day money-back window on a first subscription. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
No scraping of the judgment corpus, no reselling access, no attempt to extract the database, and no unlawful use of reminder channels. Automated or bulk access requires written consent.
5. Client data & confidentiality
You retain responsibility for any client information stored in the case diary, including consent where required before client reminders are enabled. Reminder messages are sent by automated systems and are not legal advice.
6. Reminders
Hearing reminders are a best-effort service dependent on carrier networks and device availability. Always maintain your own independent record of court dates; SanadAI is not liable for a missed hearing.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, corpus structure and generated summaries are ours. Judgments themselves are public records. You retain rights in the documents you draft and the data you enter.
8. Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with courts at Lahore having exclusive jurisdiction.
